June 28, 2017г. Moscow – London The creation of a dedicated virtual Datacenter inside the campus of one of the largest Russian datacenters enables Softline clients to promptly receive cloud services and capacity as well as rent equipment on favorable terms.
IXcellerate Moscow One and Softline established their partnership in 2014.
Since then Softline increased its customer base and extended its portfolio of cloud services, which were secured by the high level SLA execution by IXcellerate Moscow One. The double growth of cloud services by Softline and its active business development by renting equipment and dedicated servers triggered the next-level co-operation between the companies. Softline signed an agreement on a long-term basis with IXcellerate Moscow One and built, within the datacenter, its own physically dedicated area in providing their clients with cloud services as well as dedicated Colocation.
The carrier-neutral commercial datacenter IXcellerate Moscow One was established in 2012. The datacenter is fully certified and complies with the Level 3 standard in terms of “design”, “construction” and “operations” in accordance to the IBM Reliability Rating System. The SLA contract (Service Level Agreement) stipulates service availability on a 99,999% basis. The datacenter is constantly developing an ecosystem of partnerships with system integrators, cloud services providers and carriers.
The new format of co-operation will enable Softline to receive a part of the available infrastructure in the datacenter to be used for its own projects. Now clients may utilize the dedicated areas to install their own equipment or leased servers, all of which will be made available in the shortest possible time.
Sergey Samoukin, Deputy Director of Cloud Services at Softline, commented: “This new phase of our partnership with IXcellerate Moscow One will enable Softline to promptly provide its clients with dedicated processing capacity within favorable conditions by developing and reinforcing its own cloud infrastructure. Consequently, more business clients will receive fail-safe and modern solutions without any additional investments and without the need to construct their own virtual platforms”.
Dmitry Fokin, managing director of IXcellerate Moscow One added: “Our carrier and cloud neutrality along with the pure play collocation strategy are unique milestones of IXcellerate’s business model. We grow as our partners grow. We are confident that our partnership with Softline will attract new clients and will contribute to further growth of cloud services”.
