The company won the European Data Centre Dynamics Innovation in Design Award in both 2009 and 2010 for the creative methods used in rejecting and reusing heat generated by the nominated facilities. 2011 saw Future-Tech awarded the Uptime Institute’s most prestigious Green Enterprise IT Award for its RARE data centre at the University of Hertfordshire.
