
PECDA Scoping Event: Workshops and Plenary The Objective of the event is to review the survey results and define the scope of the project which will provide the boundaries and guidelines for the project's duration.
Unfortunately we can only accommodate a limited number of experts on each workshop panel (Max 20 per group). Your application will be reviewed by the project committee. Sessions

A notice board will be displayed in the main
communal meeting area reminding the delegates which workshop group they have registered
for.

Each work shop session will have a maximum of 20
delegates to ensure productive and interactive.

Each session will include a 5-10 min presentation
from the workshop chair; this will be designed to focus the group to the task
in hand.
Pre- Scoping Event Survey
-
The purpose of this survey is to poll the views
of the DC community on what they think, which should include those attending
the scoping event.
-
The Surveys will close 48 hours before the event
so the results can be collated and fed to the Workshop leaders to help aid the
discussion or validate their own conclusions.

17:00 - Plenary
Session
The Plenary Session will feature a report from each of the
four workshop chairs to relay the highlights of the discussion, points raised,
take away actions and survey results.
The Purpose of the plenary is to:

Present the findings of each of the workshop
groups
·
Present to findings of the Pre-event surveys
·
Full scoping report will be summarised and made
available via website, within 5 days.
