Due to the critical nature of Data Centre Projects, we acknowledge the true importance of risk management. In order to regularly review and redefine the risk profile as the project emphasis shifts, we advocate periodical “Risk Review Workshops” to establish lessons learned and to mitigate potential risk to the project. We capture this information to aid intelligence for future projects. We advocate the use of KPI’s and monitor the performance of the approval and design team at very regular intervals.
We are well versed in Change Control for both new build and critical infrastructure upgrade projects. As part of our approach we utilise our systems to manage change, risk and approval. This augmented by our time, cost and quality project controls allows effective equipment to deliver projects successfully.
We have worked successfully throughout Western Europe and currently have a team of cost / project managers based in Amsterdam.
